We offer our customers a completely clear and visible tracking service, allowing users to track the journey of their pallets online through the MyNexus pallet tracking system.

MyNexus includes access to a dashboard that shows the status of all live consignments using advanced tracking techniques.
We provide an enhanced customer experience, including a live signature capture online POD (proof of delivery)

Our customers use this system to book all consignments ready for despatch through our advanced track & trace software and have the ability to print address labels and manifests.

NexusGo Driver App: When goods are delivered the driver uses this for the real time POD, including the recipient name and signature as well as a photograph of the delivered pallet/s in situ at the delivery point.

NexusETA: Able to offer a two-hour delivery window for palletised freight and improved route optimisation resulting in significant fuel savings and improved time an energy efficiencies.
